Men's Basketball FINAL TWO Breakdown

The Men’s Basketball FINAL TWO Breakdown - March Madness
Connecticut Huskies vs. Michigan State Spartans
North Carolina Tar Heels vs. Villanova Wildcats

And now it is down to two - Michigan State Spartans vs. North Carolina Tar Heels.

Who will walk away with the coveted title 2009 NCAA National Champions?

72,000+ fans will pack Ford Field to watch the magic unfold tonight. Will you be there?

Michigan State Spartans - On the upside, Tom Izzo team is rebounding and the Spartans average nearly ten more rebounds a game than their opponent. On the downside, Michigan State needs someone to step up and carry the scoring load – nobody averaged over 15 points a game this year.

North Carolina Tar Heels – On the upside, they can score! With Tyler Hansbrough, Ty Lawson, Wayne Ellington and Danny Green, among others contributing, UNC can get scoring from just about anywhere. On the downside, this UNC team gives up a lot of points - over 72 points a game on the year.

Everybody has an opinion ... including Gregg Doyel, CBSSports.com National Columnist ...

Which player on Michigan State would start for North Carolina over the current UNC starter? Not Kalin Lucas over Ty Lawson. Not Walton over Wayne Ellington or Delvon Roe over Danny Green. Not anyone over Tyler Hansbrough. Only at power forward could a Spartan like Morgan or Goran Suton possibly, maybe, start over UNC junior Deon Thompson! These teams played four months ago in this very same building, as you might have heard, and North Carolina won by 35.

Two teams striving to take the title. What do you think are their greatest strengths and weaknesses? And more importantly, will YOUR team walk away the 2009 NCAA National Champions?
