Naismith Men’s Coach of the Year is …..
University of Pittsburg head men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon took top honors as Naismith Men’s Coach of the Year!
Jamie, a six-year head coach, is responsible for the school's first No. 1 ranking in the AP Top 25. The Pittsburg Panthers have won 20 or more games for the eighth straight year!
Atlanta Tipoff Club presented the award on Tuesday. Other finalists were Oklahoma's Jeff Capel, LSU's Trent Johnson and Kansas' Bill Self.
