The 19th hole was emotion packed at the 91st PGA Championship. Tiger Woods viving for his 5th PGA Championship and 110th ranked Y.E. Yang viving for his first PGA Championship, went club to club for the title.
Tiger started strong, and quickly lost his edge -- putting was the culprit. So close yet so far away sums up Tiger's chance at winning his 5th PGA title.
Yang finished 8 with a total score of 280. Woods, his closest competitor, posted a 5 283 that earned him a disappointing second place finish in the tournament.
Y. E. Yang is the first Asian to win the PGA Championship.

Michael Vick returns to Football
Its official, Micheal Vick, a former Virginia Tech quarterback, is free from prison and is returning to football.
Vick, a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback in six seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, will be used in a variation of the Wildcat formation.
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Michael Vick for a one-year contract that includes a club option for 2010!
Will Michael's game be as good as his pre-prision days? Time will tell.

Aaron Corp, USC quarterback out for two weeks
According to ESPN ...
A small crak on the head of his left fibula will take USC quarterback Aaron Corp out of the game for two weeks. The injury occured when a lineman rolled into his knee. The X-rays revealed no ligament damage and will not require surgery.
In his place, Touted true freshman Matt Barkley will take over the first-team offense in his absence. As a former Gatorade National Player of the year, Barkley loves sports - he signed up for an upper-division sports communication class to help him understand the sports world.

Maui Basketball Invitational - Nov 25th
Arizona will met Wisconsin in LAHAINA, Hawaii on November 25, 2009 for the championship game sponsored by EA Sports.

Angel Shamlin Head Coach at Chico State
Assistant Softball Coach to Head Coach, Angel Shamblin has made the news.
Athletic Director Anita Barker officially introduced Angel at the press conference at the Acker Gym at California State University at Chico.
Shamblin qualifications are certain to led the team to great victories:
* Six years as varsity head coach at the Pleasant Valley High School
* She led the Vikings to the CIF Northern Section Championship both years, posting a combined 64-9-1 record and losing only once in 28 home games.
Congratulations to Angel Shamblin!
